Administrative Changes for 2025-26

As previously shared, Three Rivers Local School District is proud to welcome Mr. Tim Sies as Superintendent, effective August 1, 2025. Alongside this leadership change, we are embracing several strategic shifts within the administrative team across all three buildings and the district office—each designed to further strengthen our commitment to excellence and student success.
Mr. Aaron Marshall has accepted a new role as Executive Director of Human Resources for Lakota Local Schools. We extend our heartfelt thanks for his leadership and wish him continued success in this next chapter. Stepping into the role as Director of Operations is Mr. Mark Smiley, who transitions from his position as Principal of Taylor High School. Mr. Smiley’s deep knowledge of the Three Rivers community and proven leadership make him an excellent fit for this important role.
To maintain the momentum of academic, athletic, and artistic success at Taylor High School, Mrs. Holly Simms will transition from her current role as Principal of Taylor Middle School to become the new Principal of Taylor High School. Her strong leadership and dedication to student achievement will continue to drive excellence in all areas.
Filling the leadership role at Taylor Middle School is another familiar and trusted face—Mr. Adam Biedenbach. Mr. Biedenbach is thrilled to step into the role of Principal and lead a building where he is already well known and respected by students, staff, and families.
While change can present challenges, it also opens the door to innovation and growth. Every decision is guided by our shared goal: ensuring the best possible outcomes for our students.
To support these changes, the process to fill the Three Rivers Elementary School Principal position will begin very soon with the hope to have the vacancy filled by early May.
We look forward to sharing additional updates in the coming weeks as we prepare for a dynamic and successful 2025–2026 school year.
