Open Enrollment/Tuition Updates
Each spring the Board of Education reviews the Three Rivers Local School District’s Enrollment Policies to ensure that we balance the needs of currently enrolled students as well as Non-Resident families.
Based upon current enrollment numbers and space constraints, Open Enrollment and Tuition Enrollment for Three Rivers Local School District will be available for the 2024-2025 school year in the following ways.
Non-Resident Families who currently have students enrolled in Three Rivers Local School District:
Based upon current enrollment numbers and space constraints, eligibility for Open Enrollment for Three Rivers Local School District will only be available for the 2024-2025 school year to families who currently have students enrolled in Three Rivers Local School District and wish to enroll an additional child. The additional child you are enrolling for the upcoming school year must be a sibling to the other child(ren) currently enrolled at Three Rivers Local School District.
Please Note: Currently, there is no tuition for students of families participating in Open Enrollment at TRLSD. Students participating in Open Enrollment and enrolled BEFORE the 2026-2027 school year will not be charged tuition throughout their time at Three Rivers, provided they remain consistently enrolled. Starting in the 2026-2027 school year, all newly enrolled, nonresident students will be charged tuition as specified in our Tuition Enrollment Board Policy.

Open Enrollment applications for non-residents (Ohio only) may be submitted online, via our website, beginning the first day in June through the last Friday in June. Only applications that have been fully completed, with supporting documentation, will be accepted for consideration.
A separate application must be submitted for each new student.
All eligible applicants shall be considered on a first-come, first-served basis for enrollment eligibility.

Non-Resident Families Applying for Tuition Enrollment and New to Three Rivers Local School District:
Please Note: Eligibility for Tuition Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year at Three Rivers Local School District will be based upon current enrollment numbers, space constraints, and your commitment to the annual tuition.

Additional Tuition Information for the 2024-2025 school year:

Ohio Residents - $5000 annual tuition

Residents outside of Ohio - $10,490 annual tuition

First tuition payment is due 8/1/2024 (half of annual tuition)

Second tuition payment is due 12/1/2024 (second half of tuition)
