Three Rivers Elementary Classroom Dedication
The Three Rivers Elementary School is proud to announce the dedication of Classroom B129 to the esteemed Eileen Springmyer Garrabrant, Taylor High School Class of 1947. This heartfelt tribute, initiated by her family, commemorates Eileen's legacy of excellence and her enduring impact on the community.
Eileen’s commitment to education and her profound influence on generations of students have left an indelible mark on the Three Rivers community. In recognition of her contributions, Classroom B129 will now stand as a testament to her legacy.
Eileen's granddaughter, Ashley Reed, currently serves as a first-grade teacher in the classroom being dedicated. Ashley's commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment reflects Eileen's values and passion for education.
"My Grandma was a 3rd generation first grade teacher and I get to carry on the tradition by being a 5th generation first grade teacher. Grandma loves to share stories from her teaching days and always loves to get updates on my first-grade classroom. She is a proud Taylor Alum and this dedication to my classroom will be something we cherish for years! " shared Ashley.
Eileen recently celebrated her 95th birthday on April 27th, marking a milestone in a life dedicated to service and learning. The dedication plaque, presented to Eileen as a heartfelt gift, serves as a poignant reminder of her legacy and the lasting impact she has made on the Three Rivers community.
