Three Rivers St. Joseph’s Knights of Columbus Continue Their Generous Support for Special Education Students
On Friday, October 24, 2025, members of the Three Rivers St. Joseph’s Knights of Columbus visited the Three Rivers Campus to continue their longstanding tradition of supporting local education. During their visit, the group presented a generous donation of $4,900 to the Three Rivers Special Education Department, with this year’s funds designated to support special education field trips—providing students with unique and enriching learning experiences beyond the classroom.
Director of Student Services, Matt Lakamp, welcomed the Knights of Columbus members and shared how their ongoing contributions have positively impacted students over the years. From specialized equipment to new learning opportunities, each donation has played a meaningful role in supporting an inclusive and engaging educational environment for all learners.
The visit offered the Knights of Columbus members a firsthand look at the remarkable work happening within the district’s special education programs and the dedication of the staff who make it possible.
Three Rivers Local School District extends its sincere appreciation to the Three Rivers St. Joseph’s Knights of Columbus for their continued generosity and steadfast commitment to enhancing educational opportunities for students with special needs. Their ongoing partnership continues to make a lasting difference in the lives of our students.
