Three Rivers Board of Education Welcomes New Member
Cleves – In early April, the Three Rivers Board of Education acquired a vacancy as a result of a resignation. The position was posted publicly on the District website for any interested applicants who met the requirements.
After deliberation, the Three Rivers Board of Education collectively agreed to fill the vacancy by recommending Garyne Evans as a new Board Member. Garyne has served on the Board of Education previously, is a parent to two Three Rivers students, and has a robust business background that will add value to the Board of Education’s conversations and decision making. On Tuesday, April 27, 2021, the Three Rivers Board of Education unanimously voted Garyne Evans into the role.
The Three Rivers Board of Education includes Board President, Dr. Stephanie Stafford, Board Vice President Mr. Ryan McDonald, and Board Members Mrs. Susan Miller, Mrs. Tracy Snider, and Mr. Garyne Evans.
Mr. Evans will fill the role as a Three Rivers Board of Education Member through December 31, 2021. In November of 2021, the position will be on the ballot for public election. The individual elected will resume the position beginning January 1, 2022.
