Kindergarten Roundup 2026

Welcome to our school community! We are so excited to begin this journey with you and your child as they start Kindergarten at Three Rivers Elementary.

As part of our Kindergarten Roundup, we are offering families the opportunity to complete the enrollment process on-site that day. Our secretaries will be available, along with a notary, to assist you in finalizing everything. 

To get started, please visit www.taylor-oh.finalforms.com/students and begin the enrollment process prior to the Kindergarten Roundup event.

If you would like to complete enrollment during Kindergarten Roundup, please bring the following documents with you:

  • Original birth certificate

  • Parent/guardian photo ID

  • Custody documents (if applicable)

  • Affidavit of Current Residence or Affidavit of Landlord (if renting or if the residence is not owned)

  • Affidavit of Prior Residence (if your address has changed within the past 12 months)

  • Proof of residence (utility bill, tax bill, or lease/rental agreement with your name and current address)

  • Immunization records

We will make copies of these documents for you and provide notary services from 4:30-5:30 PM. 

We also have a Kindergarten spirit wear shop open for interested families! You can access the shop here:

The shop will remain open until July 31, and orders are expected to be delivered the week of August 24.
