Judge Jackie Ginocchio Visits Taylor HS
On October 11, 2022, Taylor High School's Street Law class was visited by Judge Jackie Ginocchio and Bailiff Mr. B. T. Greene from the Hamilton County Municipal Court. Judge Ginocchio spoke about the ins and outs of the court system, as well as outlined her day-to-day duties. She also engaged students about various cases she has worked with, the process of becoming a judge, and the importance of jury selection.
Bailiff Mr. B. T. Greene also spoke to the students about his duties as a bailiff, the difficult parts of the job, and the campaign trail.
Both invited the class down to see them "in action" in early November! Our students are very lucky, and very thankful, to have these real-life experiences to make the curriculum come to life and be more relatable.
