Celebrating Academic Excellence at Taylor High School!

Commended Students in the 2027 National Merit® Scholarship Program

We are proud to recognize Taylor High School seniors Lily Krimmer and Jason McCollum, both named Commended Students in the 2027 National Merit® Scholarship Program!

This distinction recognizes students who demonstrated exceptional academic promise through their performance on the 2025 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®). More than 34,000 students nationwide earned the designation, placing them among the top 50,000 students who entered the 2027 National Merit Scholarship competition.

On a personal level, it has been such a privilege to watch Lily and Jason grow from elementary students into the outstanding young adults they are today. This achievement reflects not only our students' hard work and dedication, but also the encouragement and support of the teachers and staff who help them grow and succeed.
