9/4/24: School Picture Day. These are used for Student ID’s.
9/25/24: Extended HR Senior Meeting w/Graduate Services (graduation caps, gowns & announcements)
9/30/24: 24-25 SY school fees will be added to student accounts
9/25 – 10/4: Spirit Week
10/3/24: Homecoming Parade and Powder Puff Game
10/4/24: Homecoming Game
10/5/24: Homecoming Dance
10/14/24: Graduate Service Senior Meeting at Diamond Oaks (8:00 am) and Scarlet Oaks (10:00 am)
10/16/24: Picture Retake Day 8:30-10:30 am (senior student ID’s)
10/16/24: Graduate Service Senior Order Night at THS (3:00-6:00 pm caps, gowns & announcements)
10/29/24: Graduate Service Senior Order (grad gowns and announcements) Diamond 7:30 am, Scarlet at lunch
1/17/25: THS General Scholarship Form Due
1/21/25: Senior Portraits w/Prestige if you have not already gotten them taken
3/19/25: Announcements, Cap & Gown delivery at THS for THS students
4/11/25: Announcements delivery Diamond Oaks at 7:30 am, Scarlet Oaks at lunch
4/17/23: Senior Showcase Celebration Boards Due
4/23/25: Scholarship Awards Night at 6:30 pm – THS Auditorium
4/24/25: Senior/Awards Day/Junior Class included at 2:00 pm – THS Auditorium
4/26/25: PTO Senior Night (info forthcoming from PTO)
5/1/25: Cap & Gown Delivery Diamond Oaks at 7:30 am, Scarlet Oaks at lunch
5/1/25: Student Fees must be paid in full. Students may walk at the graduation ceremony but will not receive their transcript and diploma until all fees are paid in full.
5/3/25: Prom
5/12/25: Senior Recognition Scarlet Oaks 6:30 pm at NKU Campus
5/13/25: Senior Recognition Diamond Oaks 7:00 pm at NKU Campus
5/14/25: Baccalaureate Rehearsal at 3:15 (Whitewater Crossing)
5/14/25: Baccalaureate Ceremony at 7:00 pm (Whitewater Crossing)
5/16/25: Senior Breakfast/Last Day
5/18/25: Senior Athletic Awards 5:00 - 7:30
5/19/25: Graduation Practice 9:00 am
5/19/25: Graduation Ceremony Cintas Center at 7:00 pm
Student Fees
As in the past, outstanding fees need to be paid in order for students to purchase a ticket to the Homecoming Dance, Winter Formal, and Prom. Students must have fees paid in order to receive their diplomas at the graduation ceremony. Although students will be able to participate in the graduation ceremony, the diploma will be held and no final transcripts will be sent until all fees are paid in full.
Please make your payments through PaySchools at https://payschoolscentral.com. You can also find a link to PaySchools on the Three Rivers Local School District website. You will need your student's school ID. If you don't know their ID, ask your student for their lunch number. If you have any problems setting up your account or making payments please contact PaySchools directly at 866-729-5353 or email support@payschools.com.
You can find your outstanding balances (if any) on ProgressBook. Invoices will be sent home with students within the next two weeks. Parents will also be notified via email.
